We can provide options to build a standard design, and for those who prefer a more personalised touch, we also offer the choice to create a custom design from scratch.         7. Before you build

        Before you build

        Before moving forward, we will go through the Pre-construction Agreement, which involves signing the Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA), and discussing the next steps in the construction process. It’s important to note that the PPA document is not a building contract but serves as an initial agreement to move forward towards creating the final building contracts. The PPA outlines key terms and conditions, such as the agreed-upon price, specifications and timelines, providing a foundation for the upcoming building process. It’s a crucial step in confirming the commitment between us, and allows our Consultants to make sure you’re fully informed and ready for the exciting journey ahead.
