        During the sales process, our Sales Consultants will meet with you to go through our diverse collection of home designs, finding those that align with your lifestyle and aesthetic preferences. We can provide options to build a standard design, and for those who prefer a more personalised touch, we also offer the choice to create a custom design from scratch. Our Sales Consultants will work with you to bring your vision to life and create a home that is uniquely yours.

        7. Before you build

        Before you build

        Before moving forward, we will go through the Pre-construction Agreement, which involves signing the Preparation of Plans Agreement (PPA), and discussing the next steps in the construction process. It’s important to note that the PPA document is not a building contract but serves as an initial agreement to move forward towards creating the final building contracts. The PPA outlines key terms and conditions, such as the agreed-upon price, specifications and timelines, providing a foundation for the upcoming building process. It’s a crucial step in confirming the commitment between us, and allows our Consultants to make sure you’re fully informed and ready for the exciting journey ahead.
