As a Senior Design Consultant, Gee brings over 12 years of industry experience and has proudly designed and sold more than 450 homes for Western Australians. He is passionate about designing homes using Archicad and AutoSketch alongside his clients, tailoring each design to suit their expectations, lifestyle, and budget. Having worked with clients from diverse multicultural backgrounds, Gee understands their unique requirements and can relate to a wide range of lifestyles and preferences. He maintains regular and open communication throughout both the pre-construction and construction stages via email, chat, and WhatsApp to ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience.

Gee has strong knowledge of finance products and repayment structures during the construction phase and maintains excellent working relationships with some of Perth’s leading finance brokers. In addition, he has built solid networks and professional relationships with major land developers across the Perth metropolitan area.

Transparency is a key part of Gee’s service. He provides clear guidance on home inclusions, specifications, and realistic construction timeframes so clients feel fully informed at every stage. Above all, Gee’s main focus is to provide peace of mind, enhance his clients’ lifestyles, and give them the confidence and reassurance to build their dream home.
