First Home Owners Grant

Building your own property as a first home buyer means your eligible for the $10,000 first home owners grant (FHOG) what this means is, as well as not having to pay stamp duty on land under $300,000 you also receive a $10,000 grant from the government to help you out with construction and establishment costs.

Keystart Loans

Keystart is a unique lender backed by the WA government. With lower deposit requirements and no lender’s mortgage insurance (LMI), Keystart Loans are designed to make homeownership more accessible. This loan is particularly beneficial for first-time buyers or those with a smaller deposit.

First Home Guarantee Scheme

On top of the first home owners grant and the WA Government’s keystart loans, you may also be elligible for the Australian Government’s first home guarantee scheme in order to secure a construction home loan.

Low Deposit Loan

If you don’t fit Keystart, we have other low deposit home loans available. That’s why it really helps to talk to one of our finance specialists, they have the knowledge and connections to weigh up the various lenders and make sure you have considered all the variables.

Construction Loan

A Construction Loan is specifically designed to finance the building of your new home.
