First Home Owners Grant

Building your own property as a first home buyer means your eligible for the $10,000 first home owners grant (FHOG) what this means is, as well as not having to pay stamp duty on land under $300,000 you also receive a $10,000 grant from the government to help you out with construction and establishment costs.

Keystart Loans

Keystart is a unique lender backed by the WA government. With lower deposit requirements and no lender’s mortgage insurance (LMI), Keystart Loans are designed to make homeownership more accessible. This loan is particularly beneficial for first-time buyers or those with a smaller deposit.

Low Deposit Loan

If you don’t fit Keystart, we have other low deposit home loans available. That’s why it really helps to talk to one of our finance specialists, they have the knowledge and connections to weigh up the various lenders and make sure you have considered all the variables.

Construction Loan

A Construction Loan is specifically designed to finance the building of your new home. With this type of loan, funds are released in stages as the construction progresses, ensuring that your builder is paid throughout the process. This option helps you manage your budget effectively while your dream home is being built.

House and Land Loan

A House and Land Loan combines the cost of purchasing land and building your new home into one convenient package. This loan is ideal for those who want to simplify the financing process, allowing you to secure both the land and the home construction with one loan application.

Guarantor Loan

With a guarantor loan, a family member or close friend can use their property as security for your loan, allowing you to borrow more or avoid paying Lender’s Mortgage Insurance (LMI). This option can make it easier to secure a home loan and start building sooner.
