Our build time guarantee is our formal commitment to you that your home will reach practical completion within 12 months of the first brick being laid on your land (T&Cs apply).
We understand that the “Pre-Construction” phase – including land titles, council approvals, and site works – can vary due to factors outside of a builder’s control. By starting the 12-month clock once the first brick is laid, we ensure the guarantee focuses on the phase where we can provide the most certainty: the actual construction of your home.
Who is Eligible?
Our build time guarantee applies to
- Standard residential builds in the Perth to Peel region.
- Single-storey homes or duplex and triplex developments (where each home is under a separate contract) and
- Standard designs from our Freedom and Signature ranges (up to 300 m²).
