We are writing this review after settling to our new home five months ago. We waited this long to write the review to make sure the house was still up to the standard when we received it, and it is still standing beautifully strong.
We have to admit that the building process is stressful and it just is no matter which company you choose to build your house. However, the New Choice Developments (NCD) helped us along the way, and we are very pleased with our new first home.
The first step of choosing the builder was very hard. Nick and Charmaine were extraordinary in helping us with our budget, design, tips and tricks. They are very helpful and very approachable. They also have numerous years of experience when comes to building homes. I love their enthusiasm in making sure we get what we want with the budget we specified. They are very honest and transparent throughout the whole process. Thank you both.
We did have a few issues, but it was dealt with very high professionalism by the NCD management.
The house was built to a very high standard, and the attention to details was exceptional. The supervisor Brad is very helpful along the building process and updated us whenever possible. The building process took less time than we predicted and it was handed over to us after careful and thorough checks.
We engaged a professional building inspection company. They concluded that all work had been done to a very high standard.
The end product is beautiful and we love it. Comments we are getting from our family and friends were very positive and the most importantly we love our new home. Our cats do too! It was built with a lot of thoughts, care and love. Thank you NCD. I would recommend NCD as your builder for your new home. Have a chat with them, do not hesitate to build your new home with them.
