I chose to build my house with NCH as they had a design which worked really well with my small lot size. I was able to easily cooperate with the designing team to make changes to maximize the space and the cost to make these changes was very reasonable (unlike other builders). Additinally I liked the high standard of inclusions within the “select package” rather than having to upgrade items individually.
The prestart and building process went smoothly and the house was completed within 6 months. There were a couple of minor mishaps during the build (wrong shower heads and a tap in the wrong location) which were corrected promptly. I had a building inspector examine the house at the final stage who found nothing more significant than a outside panel above a window which wasn’t painted.

I hadn’t heard of NCH beforehand and I was a little unsure about building off the plan. I definitely think I made the right decision though, the house looks fantastic and the staff have made the process exciting and stress free. NCH has certainly lived up to their great reputation 🙂
