New Choice Homes is currently offering our newest customers a ‘120-day Price Lockdown’ and a ‘6 Month Slab Down Guarantee’.

With all the news out in the media regarding delays, wait times throughout the process and on site, our relationships with our suppliers and our trades that have been fostered over the years enables us to back ourselves to deliver your home for you.

Peace of mind plays a significant role in the process of building a home and we feel that there has never been a better time to take this potential worry off the table.

The 120-day Lockdown and 6 Month Slab Down Guarantee will commence from the date on the ‘Certificate of Acceptance’, which will be provided by the builder once all required paperwork has been supplied and signed off.

Terms and conditions:

The ‘120-day Price lockdown’ period will have the following terms:

    • Timing will commence once the builder provides a ‘Certificate of Acceptance’ and will run for 120 days – weekends and public holidays will be included
    • Delayed commencement of construction allowance to be used if the Land is untitled or needs planning.
    • The Builder takes no responsibility for any delays outside the builder’s control not limited to the following,
    • Titling of the Land by the Developer
    • The Purchases ability to obtain Finance
    • Finance delays either by the lender or client
    • Planning Approvals
    • Shire Approvals
    • Developer Approvals
    • Delays in signing any paperwork from the purchaser
    • The Builder refers to New Choice Homes.

Terms & Conditions

  • The Builder ‘New Choice Homes’ takes no responsibility for any item that is outside of the builder control including but not limited to the following:
  • Titling of the Land by the Developer
  • The Client’s ability to obtain Finance
  • Finance delays either by the lender or client
  • Planning Approvals
  • Shire Approvals
  • Developer Approvals
  • Delays in signing any paperwork from the purchaser
