Redefining narrow living, New Choice Homes delivers a sprawling family home that is both stylish and affordable, and all with a 12.5m frontage.

Classic yet contemporary, The Allegra display offers a rear-loaded floor plan with the garage at the back of the home and a courtyard in the centre of the action.

New Choice Homes Sales and Marketing Manager Joe Varacalli said the display was designed to show a narrow lot didn’t have to limit size and could accommodate a dream family home.

“The Allegra effectively demonstrates it can still offer space and all the amenities a family would need through carefully considered design,” Mr Varacalli said.

The display boasts four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a theatre and a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.

A step inside and the features are elevated through luxurious designs and a soft, welcoming colour palette. “When designing the home, we wanted to create a simple, timeless style, but one that would also allow clients to bring their own personality to the interior design,” Mr Varacalli said.

“With so many different fashion trends for people to choose from we felt it was important to have a flexible design that would work with any trend and allow clients to reflect their own personal style.”

Positioned at the front of the home, the master retreat offers plenty of space to move while the double-vanity ensuite and walk-through robe sit to the side.

The home theatre sits opposite, creating a sprawling relaxation space for the adults to enjoy, according to Mr Varacalli.

“The positioning of the master suite at the front of the home and the adjacent home theatre creates an adult retreat away from the minor bedrooms at the rear of the home,” he said.

Continuing through the house, the floor plan spills out into a spacious, freeflowing area to reveal the open-plan living, dining and kitchen.

“The kitchen is situated at the heart of the home with easy access to the indoor and outdoor entertaining areas,” Mr Varacalli said.

A standout feature of the space is the servery window through to the central courtyard.

“The central courtyard creates a feeling of space and proportion,” Mr Varacalli said.

“The clever use of a bi-fold window in the kitchen and stacker sliding doors allows the alfresco and courtyard area to integrate seamlessly with the main living area, creating a spacious open-plan feel for year-round entertaining.”

The Allegra display is located in Clarkson and is open for viewing from 1-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
